Due to the creative and digital nature of our services, completed projects and production deposits are generally non-refundable once production has commenced.

Our studio will review the request and confirm availability.

After your booking request is reviewed and confirmed, Velora Studios will issue a digital invoice containing:

• The applicable production fee
• Payment instructions

Production begins after payment confirmation.

Velora Studios operates on a curated production schedule to ensure every portrait receives intentional creative direction, artistic refinement, and dedicated production attention.

Because each portrait experience is artist-directed and carefully developed, the number of projects accepted within a given period is intentionally limited to maintain production quality and a premium client experience.

This approach allows the studio to focus on delivering portraits that feel cinematic, refined, and distinctive.

If current production slots are fully booked, your request may be placed on a priority waiting list for the next available production window.

In some cases, Velora Studios may also offer alternative delivery timelines, priority production upgrades or future scheduling options. Clients are however, advised to book early to avoid disruptions in their engagement schedules.

Clients will be informed clearly before payment confirmation.
