Velora Studios is a luxury digital portrait house that combines advanced AI technology with creative direction and artistic refinement to produce curated digital portrait experiences.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Birthday Portrait Experiences
• Signature Professional Portraits
• Cinematic Slideshow Productions
• Digital Portrait Styling & Production

All portraits produced by Velora Studios are artist-directed digital productions.

Velora Studios operates on a curated production schedule. To begin any project, clients may be required to:

• Submit a booking request
• Select a preferred portrait collection
• Provide a high-quality reference image
• Confirm production details
• Make the required payment in full

Production begins only after confirmation and payment approval.

Clients are responsible for providing:

• Clear, high-resolution images
• Properly lit photographs
• Images that accurately represent facial features

Velora Studios is not responsible for poor results caused by:

• Low-quality submissions
• Blurry images
• Obstructed facial details
• Heavily filtered photographs

Submitted images must belong to the client or be used with proper authorization.

Velora Studios maintains full creative discretion over:

• Portrait styling
• Lighting interpretation
• Artistic enhancement
• Visual composition
• Cinematic direction

While client preferences are considered, final artistic decisions remain part of the Velora creative production process.

Every portrait is uniquely produced and may vary from client expectations due to artistic interpretation and AI-assisted production methods.

Estimated delivery timelines vary depending on the selected package and production volume. Production timelines begin after:

• Payment confirmation
• Image submission
• Production approval

Velora Studios is not liable for delays caused by:

• Incomplete submissions
• Late client responses
• Technical interruptions
• Unforeseen production circumstances

All completed portraits and digital materials are delivered electronically through approved digital channels.

Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing delivered files after receipt.

Velora Studios is not responsible for file loss after final delivery.

Minor revisions may be accommodated depending on the selected package.

Major redesign requests, style changes, or repeated revisions after delivery may attract additional charges.

Velora Studios reserves the right to determine what qualifies as a minor or major revision.

All payments made to Velora Studios are considered payment for creative production time, artistic direction, and digital processing. Due to the nature of digital creative services:

• Deposits are non-refundable
• Completed projects are non-refundable
• Refunds are not provided once production has commenced

In exceptional circumstances, Velora Studios may issue partial refunds at its sole discretion.

Clients receive personal usage rights for delivered portraits. Clients may use delivered content for:

• Personal branding
• Social media
• Personal promotion
• Digital sharing, etc.

Clients may not:

• Resell portraits
• Redistribute portraits commercially
• Claim Velora-produced work as self-created production

Commercial usage beyond personal branding may require additional licensing approval.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Velora Studios reserves the right to:

• Display completed portraits
• Showcase projects in portfolios
• Use selected works for promotional and marketing purposes

Clients requesting complete privacy must communicate this before production begins. Additional privacy fees may apply for exclusive non-display requests.

Velora Studios shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Emotional dissatisfaction based on artistic preference
• Platform compression issues
• Social media quality reduction
• Third-party misuse of delivered images

Clients acknowledge that AI-assisted artistic production may produce subjective creative outcomes.

Velora Studios reserves the right to refuse service in cases involving:

• Abusive behavior
• Fraudulent activity
• Unauthorized image usage
• Inappropriate or unlawful requests

Velora Studios reserves the right to:

• Modify packages
• Adjust pricing
• Revise delivery structures
• Update creative processes

Without prior notice.

By using Velora Studios services, submitting images, or making payments, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
